Client: Long Term Care Home in Toronto, Ontario, Canada

This client is a large long term care home serving the Scarborough community. After conducting an audit of their cybersecurity posture, the client approached Indusflow Systems to help address a number of gaps in their IT and provide expert guidance in implementing IT good practices.

Indusflow’s initial project was to consolidate and virtualize their server infrastructure which cut down hosting costs. Our longer term relationship now involves providing disaster recovery preparedness, backups, patch management, 24/7 monitoring and helping their IT department with system administration escalations.

 

Client: Long Term Care Home in Nova Scotia, Canada

This client is a long term care home one hour driving distance from Halifax, Nova Scotia. In addition to his leadership responsibilities, the CEO also looked after the homeโ€™s IT infrastructure. He realized he needed an expert partner to help with good practices and improve the homeโ€™s disaster recovery and security posture.

Indusflow prepared the homeโ€™s server environment for disaster recovery, deployed EDR across all computers and migrated active directory to Microsoft 365 Entra ID. Indusflow now provides 24/7 security monitoring, handles system administration escalations and take on occasional app development projects.
